Shipping & Delivery
Most orders are delivered (if in stock) within 2 weeks from when the order is placed. Any exceptions to this will be listed on each individual product page. If the item is out of stock, and may need additional time, you will be notified. Custom orders may require additional time, which is specified on each individual product page.
Returns & Replacements
If after receiving your order, you find it does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the point of purchase to return it in its new condition and original packaging for an exchange or refund. Although very unlikely, if you receive damaged items, you must notify us within 7 days after receiving the merchandise. We will credit you for the value of the merchandise or offer you an exchange; round trip freight must be at your expense. Additionally, a 3% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns. This policy applies only to complete orders; we do not accept returns on individual pieces. Please contact us for more information before you return the product. Understandably, we cannot offer this service for discontinued items, personalized items, and perishable products (soaps, candles, almonds, etc.). Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours after the order is received by AllMyFavors.com.  Please email us at sales@AllMyFavors.com for questions regarding these policies.
Sales Tax:  Sales tax will only be assessed on those who reside in Canada. All other states, countries are tax-exempt. Rush Orders:  For selected custom favors, rush orders may be an option. For more details, please email us at rushorders@AllMyFavors.com

Our payment processing system is powered by Paypal (www.paypal.com). Payments are made to our parent company J & J Technology Consulting Services. This information will appear on your payment statement.
